Verrà proclamato un vincitore a giugno ed un vincitore a settembre; i due si contenderanno la finale in una serata di gala, presentando il solo piatto di gara, che si svolgerà il 13 febbraio, data di nascita della Giostra della Quintana storica, anche se quest'anno - per effetto delle elezioni - potrebbe svolgersi in dicembre.
Infine è stato approvato il calendario delle prossime tappe: previsite dei cavalli il 25 aprile; prima sessione di prove libere il primo maggio; seconda sessione di prove libere; prove ufficiali il 28 maggio; Cena Grande il 29 maggio; da lunedì 31 maggio a mercoledì 2 giugno Gareggiare dei Convivi, che riprenderà poi da lunedì 7 a martedì 8 giugno.
